Children's pony & activity space — launched from zero, no existing audience

Micul Grajd – a space where children (and even adults) interact with over 11 ponies had a bit of a rough start as a business, and the owner was worried that with all the delays, by the time they launch, nobody would be interested.

We’ve built her a website and setup the full marketing system, directly from AISQbusiness. And then we showed her she needed to join AISQ Growth to get results. The fear was: “what results should I get, when we haven’t even opened?”

Working with experts in the field really makes problems go away. We’d built a mailing list for everyone who reached out saying they want to come and join the activities. Once the site was ready, we also created sign-up flows there as well. Our content on the social media platforms grew over 3 months. A psychotherapist in the United States wanted more traffic from social media and also from Google.

We started bringing her traffic even from ChatGPT and Perplexity.

After a while, she showed us many of the events she was invited to speak. And her appearances in scientific journals and other important media.

We’ve switched the strategy, and started working on building up her authority, so that her entire online presence screamed: Expert / Authority / Thought Leader.

Multi-generational family tea business — low online sales, invisible to AI search

A tea house that was a family owned business for multiple generations already.

The current owner is the 3rd in line and caries the family traditions. He loves the business, because it connects him to his family’s past. But he was feeling down, seeing how few people ended up ordering online.

Luckily, he started working with us via AISQ Growth. We wanted to make sure his online sales go up very fast, so we used his 5,000 previous clients email list and starting creating content using the AI systems we created and operated for him.

Big open rates (thanks to our Email Hero by AISQ + the Amazon SES deliverability) – this lead to many sales during the first weekend we’ve started the email promotions.

On social media, he had no recent activity. He had very few recent blog posts.

Agency with great delivery but broken conversion funnel

A social media agency in the UK started working with us, because they knew we were selling content marketing services directly via the web, as self-serve services.

Their main problem was that potential clients required a series of 5 to 7 calls before deciding and buying the service.

The content they were publishing was great at bringing traffic, but it wasn’t targeted traffic and it wasn’t qualified traffic. The agency first purchased our RankJumps package (Florin’s 90 Days Program). We analyzed their traffic and their flows.

Jewelry Store (US)

E-commerce jewelry retailer — security breach, near-zero organic traffic beyond brand terms

A jewelry store in the United States struggled with a previous agency they had hired and also some previous contractors.

Luckily, they ended up using AISQ Growth and we fixed their security at a very crucial point in time on the day we set this up for him, he nearly lost access to his entire online store.

Then, after doing an analysis of keyword coverage, we concluded that out of thousands of pages, just 4 pages actually brought real traffic. And the keywords were all related to their brand’s name. So only people who knew about them found them on Google search and entered their store.

By working with us, we’ve made their site and content rank for many moments when clients look to buy jewelry. Soon after, many non-brand keywords began bringing them traffic.

We ended up fixing their Google Merchant account and the way Google Merchant was taking their data. There were many content and product related issues that made Google NOT want to display their jewelry store in the Google Shopping results. After we fixed everything, it awarded them a lot of free traffic, and the store’s owner was finally able to deploy ads via Merchant listings (which Google didn’t allow them to do before, due to all the problems).

Multi-service auto repair shop — $8,000 site, 3 years with zero new clients

An auto services company spent 8000 USD on a site that didn’t take them anywhere. 3 Years without any new clients. They switched to us, and we showed them the unlimited potential of earning attention online. TLDR; by month 4 with us they had to expand their operations to a much bigger location to keep up with their new demand.

We didn’t care about ranking them for “auto services” because every single mechanic and their dog already tried to rank for that one.

Plus, this isn’t the 1997s… people search for real solutions to real problems they have with their cars. They don’t want generic help! They need someone to fix the AC right now because it’s burning hot outside. They need someone to help them out after an accidents and help them deal with insurance companies and also offer them a car to use until theirs is fixed.

They need to know how to properly do an engine swap and who can do it for them, while making sure all legal criteria are met.

So we pushed for a lot of great content that real humans were actually searching for. The owner of this auto repair shop was shocked to see there were tons more searches to be owned by going after specific services and specific repairs.

His sales went up, thanks to the content that brings real clients and competes where it makes sense to compete. And he finally managed to move into the new space he had wanted for a very long time, but couldn’t afford to move into.

The social media we did for them mattered a lot, too. It got many locals talking about the repairs they saw them doing on social media, and proving their experience, expertise and even the kind of equipment they were using.
