Terms of Use for the AISQ | Squirrly PartnerStack Affiliate Program

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern participation in the AISQ | Squirrly PartnerStack Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to join, participating in, or continuing to use the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, in addition to the PartnerStack Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies from Squirrly Limited (“AISQ”, “Squirrly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The AISQ | Squirrly PartnerStack Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote AISQ Meteor, an integrated agency solution built by AISQ and distributed through Squirrly Limited.

Affiliates may earn commissions on qualified sales made through their unique tracking links provided by PartnerStack.

AISQ Meteor includes, but is not limited to:

AI-powered workflows designed to help agencies scale services
A single subscription plan currently priced at $400 USD/month

Partners promote AISQ Meteor, and PartnerStack tracks referrals and manages commission payments on approved transactions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Maintain a valid PartnerStack account in good standing
Accurately represent your identity, website, marketing channels, and promotional methods
Comply with all applicable marketing, privacy, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our sole discretion.

2.1 Application and Enrollment in the Program

All applications are carefully reviewed before approval. AISQ reserves the right to decline applications if the applicant’s website or promotional methods do not comply with the Affiliate Program Terms or are otherwise deemed unsuitable for the program.

3. Qualified Sales

A Qualified Sale is defined as a sale of AISQ Meteor that:

Is made by a new agency customer
Is not the affiliate themselves
Is properly tracked through PartnerStack using the affiliate’s referral link
Meets PartnerStack’s tracking requirements
Is not canceled, refunded, or reversed
Remains active for at least 30 days

Only Qualified Sales are eligible for commission.

4. Commission Structure & Payment

Affiliates may earn commissions for referring agencies that subscribe to AISQ Meteor.

Standard Commission

$300 USD flat commission per successful AISQ Meteor referral

Successful referral requirements

A referral is considered successful when:

The referred client purchases AISQ Meteor
The client keeps an active AISQ Meteor subscription for at least 30 days

Commission Payment Timing

Commissions are paid once per referred client
The commission is NOT recurring
Commissions are paid 60 days after the transaction date to allow for verification, chargeback protection, and fraud prevention

Transaction Value

Commissions are calculated excluding:

VAT or sales tax
Delivery charges
Credit card fees
Gift wrapping or other service charges

All payments are processed through PartnerStack, not directly by AISQ.

Affiliates must comply with PartnerStack payout rules, tax reporting requirements, and payout thresholds.

5. Commission Eligibility

Commissions will be declined if:

The order is canceled
The customer requests a refund
The transaction fails payment verification
The referred client does not keep an active AISQ Meteor subscription for at least 30 days
Duplicate orders are detected
The referral violates program terms
Fraud or manipulation is detected

6. Referral Link Usage

Affiliates must use their unique PartnerStack referral links when promoting AISQ Meteor.

PartnerStack handles:

Click tracking
Attribution
Conversion tracking
Commission processing

AISQ cannot manually attribute commissions if a referral occurs without a valid tracking link.

7. Paid Advertising & Search Marketing

Affiliates are permitted to promote AISQ Meteor through paid advertising, including PPC campaigns.

The following policies apply:

Allowed

Affiliates may:

Run PPC campaigns promoting AISQ Meteor
Link directly to AISQ websites
Use the AISQ brand name in display URLs
Use the AISQ brand name in ad titles and descriptions
Display ads when brand terms are searched
Promote through search engines including: Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines

Restrictions

Affiliates may NOT:

Bid on misspellings of the AISQ or Squirrly brand
Use combinations of brand terms with additional keywords as paid search triggers
Use deceptive ads implying they are AISQ itself or a person working at AISQ | Squirrly company

AISQ does not restrict specific publishers from brand-related paid search terms but reserves the right to review and enforce advertising practices if they damage brand integrity.

8. Allowed Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote AISQ Meteor using the following methods:

Allowed publisher types include:

Community platforms
Content creators
Blogs and websites
Coupon code sites
Email marketing (must comply with CAN-SPAM and relevant email laws)
Loyalty platforms
Search advertising
Behavioral retargeting
Media brokers

The following promotional types are not allowed:

Cashback platforms

Affiliates must ensure all promotional practices comply with legal advertising standards and ethical marketing practices.

9. Prohibited Promotional Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Promoting AISQ Meteor on adult, gambling, or age-restricted websites
Misrepresenting the AISQ brand or any AISQ product
Promising lifetime deals or inaccurate pricing
Using fake coupons or unauthorized discount codes
Spam marketing practices
Impersonating AISQ or its employees
Claiming official partnership beyond partner status
Using misleading claims about what is included in AISQ Meteor

Affiliates may not use deceptive or manipulative promotional methods , including but not limited to:

• spyware
• adware
• parasiteware
• cookie stuffing
• forced clicks or hidden redirects
• automated scripts designed to generate artificial traffic or commissions

Any use of these practices will result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of commissions, and possible legal action.

10. Branding Guidelines

To maintain a strong and consistent brand message, affiliates must follow these guidelines.

Product Name

Always use the full product name:

AISQ Meteor

Do not use variations such as:

Meteor Tools
AISQ Suite
Other unofficial product names

Messaging

Partners are encouraged to align promotions with AISQ Meteor’s core messaging pillars. These pillars are available in the Partner Resources section.

Recommended tone of voice: Bold, direct, and rebellious, reflecting AISQ’s position as an alternative to fragmented SaaS stacks.

Affiliates must not:

Promise lifetime deals
Misrepresent features or pricing
Promote outdated Squirrly product bundles as the main offer
Alter or misuse official logos

Approved Brand Assets

AISQ provides approved logos, banners, images, videos, and other promotional materials inside the Resources folder in your PartnerStack account.

Partners may use these materials when promoting AISQ Meteor.

However, partners may not modify, alter, distort, or recreate AISQ trademarks, logos, images, videos, or marketing materials without prior written permission from AISQ.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to AISQ Meteor, including names, branding, tools, and marketing materials, remains the property of Squirrly Limited.

Partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use AISQ marketing assets solely for the purpose of participating in this Program.

12. Privacy

AISQ respects the privacy of its users and partners.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and our official privacy policy.

13. Disclaimers

AISQ makes no guarantees regarding partner earnings.

While some agencies may generate significant revenue using AISQ Meteor, partners must not present potential earnings as guaranteed outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Squirrly Limited is not responsible for:

Tracking errors caused by PartnerStack systems
Payment delays caused by PartnerStack
Indirect or consequential losses related to program participation

15. Account Termination

This Agreement becomes effective when your application is approved and you are accepted as an AISQ Partner through PartnerStack.

The agreement ends when terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms of Use for the AISQ | Squirrly PartnerStack Affiliate Program

If you fail, or AISQ suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement, AISQ may terminate the agreement at its sole discretion and without notice.

Termination may result in:

Deactivation and deletion of your affiliate account
Removal of all unpaid or pending commissions

By joining the AISQ affiliate program via PartnerStack, you agree to comply with these Terms.
